These prints were done in a single afternoon, after spending a whole morning scrolling absently and chaotically on my phone. I aim to continue this series of 20x20 prints as a to try and re-tune myself to the sensation of ‘mindfully making’ with fingers that so often are tapping and prodding a screen, imprinting themselves onto of feeds and half read news articles. I have been interested with our haptic relationship to technology as a whole and this series is the beginning of that exploration while also incorporating my interest in printing and using something as ordinary and obvious as our fingers as our primary printing/ sensing tool.
